Chef/Owner Rodolfo (“Roddy”) Domacassé comes all the way from San Juan, Puerto Rico with a long history of cooking delicious cuisine. Roddy’s mother owned and operated a restaurant just outside of San Juan, and Roddy fell in love with cooking as a young boy. He has worked in some of the finest establishments in Baltimore, including Linwood’s, Due, Brasserie Tatin, Rudy’s 2900, Gertrude’s, and Donna’s.

Restaurant Sabor — ‘flavor’ in Spanish — is Roddy’s premiere venture. The impressive menu is inspired by seasonal changes in products, ensuring only the freshest and best quality are offered to you. He and his exceptional team of chefs invite you to join them at Restaurant Sabor to experience the flavor. Be on the lookout for some of his favorite specials from Puerto Rico as well!
